Meet Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah, the founder of The Parent Concierge.
For more than 20 years, my work has centered on helping families navigate decisions around child care and education. My background includes years as an early childhood educator, 12 years as a private nanny, and 10 years in corporate roles as a parenting and education specialist and researcher.
Over time, I saw the same pattern again and again: parents facing important decisions without the time or guidance they need to make the “right” choice. The information online is overwhelming, word-of-mouth is unreliable, and going it alone can quickly become a full-time endeavor.
That is why I created The Parent Concierge.
Through TPC, I help families research and evaluate child care and school options so they don’t have to spend their valuable time piecing everything together themselves. My work is about doing the heavy lifting, parsing through the details, and presenting the information in a way that empowers parents to confidently decide.
When you work with me, you are not just getting a list of names. You are getting careful research, informed judgment, and clear guidance on decisions that matter for your children and family.
Why Parents Trust This Work
My passion is grounded in both experience and understanding. I’ve spent more than 20 years supporting families in child care, education, healthcare, adoption, neurodiversity, and more. As a parent myself, I know how important it is to have sound guidance and digestible information when making important decisions.
I understand the kinds of details that affect a family’s choice, the questions parents don’t think to ask, and the difference between an option that sounds good on paper and one that makes sense in real life.
That perspective shapes every brief. Unlike other services, the goal is not to hand you a list to make sense of on your own. It’s to give you what you need, when you need it, on your terms.
